Good thing Master Blender Allen Smith poured time and energy into small batch, handcrafted Mount Gay Black Barrel Rum. Unique due to a process known as “finishing”, the rum is aged a second time around in deeply charred Bourbon oak barrels. The effect of aging twice produces a rum that is at once aromatic and fruitful, yet bold in complexity compared to your average rum. Enjoy the sun.
